Konya Real Estate Development and Management has announced the completion of its first ever “Top Real Estate Agent” program. The five-day event took place at the Intercontinental Hotel, Amman, with the participation of 50 employees and trainees.
The program is designed to equip participants with all the necessary skills to succeed in the real estate industry, setting new standards for real estate agents across the country. The sessions also provide the tools required to maximise an agent’s income potential and achieve financial freedom.
The Founder and CEO of Konya, Mr Abdullah Al Tamimi, delivered a motivational and inspiring speech at the opening ceremony to participants and attendees, during which, he stressed the importance of working to the highest levels and raising the bar of service levels to clients within the Jordanian real estate sector.
He also noted that equipping employees with cutting-edge training and development is an integral part of the process required to maximize performance and productivity in an increasingly competitive marketplace. Furthermore, setting a new benchmark can only be achieved through training and development program that are based on knowledge transfer and practice.
The Top Agent program is part of Konya’s wider strategy to invest in its team members by regularly engaging them in training program that hone and enhance their capabilities to provide tailored services to clients, which continue with to build the company’s position as one of the leading companies in the real estate sector in Jordan and the wider MENA region.
The first of its kind program in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan was delivered by real estate expert and international trainer Mr. Paul Vincenti who has over 35 years of experience training over 650,000 people around the world. The training focused on business essentials, brokerage, sales, lead qualification and how to best serve clients.
It is worth mentioning that the program comprises a series of training courses and workshops designed to prepare participants to become top real estate agents.
Konya welcomed a number of young, budding professionals interested in the real estate industry, helping them towards their goal of realising their financial freedom and building a prosperous future career. At the end of the training program, Konya’s management awarded certificates to all attendees that were signed and attested by Mr. Paul Vincenti himself.
